The most memorable birthday I had was...
—From Creative-Journal.Com, March 2001 Newsletter
If you found out for certain there is a Heaven and a Hell, how would you change your life?
—From "If: Questions for the Game of Life," by Evelyn McFarlane
What would your motto would be for the place you're at in your life right now? Is it different than it would have been five years ago? 10? 20?
What does 'spirituality' mean to you?
Does it mean belief in a specific religious dogma or other principle, or does it mean something that is more secular and cosmic rather than religious? What were your spiritual beliefs when you were younger? Have they evolved, and if so, how? Was there a specific event in which your beliefs were strongly tested, to the point of having to reconsider what you held to be true? If your beliefs are different than those your family and friends have, how accepting are they of you and your beliefs now? Does spirituality hold a high priority in your life?
—From Out There Collaborations – October 2000
What is your one greatest regret?
If you could arrange a concert with any three musicians or groups to play on the same bill, who would you invite? What songs would they play?
If you were a food, what would be the recipe? What ingredients, in what proportions, would go into whipping up the perfect "you surprise"?
What's the bravest thing you ever did?
—Contributed by Al Schroeder of 'Nova Notes'
Which among your traits or habits is a mixed blessing? Identify an element of your personality with which you have a love/hate relationship — one that can bring as much joy as grief.
If you had to remember the moment in your life when you felt the most alone, when would it be?
—From "If: Questions for the Game of Life," by Evelyn McFarlane
Who has been your most influential teacher? What did he, she, or even it, help you learn?
If you had to choose between the services of a cook, maid, chauffer, or masseuse — absolutely free, but only for a year — which one would it be? Why?
What are the 'Seven Wonders' of your world? What places, objects, people or accomplishments in your life would you herald as the most meaningful, life-affirming features of your existence?
Greatest Day — 15 October 2004
What, so far, has been the happiest day of your life?
Why was it special? Explore and enlist every one of your senses, and recall that day. How did it begin? Was there a scent in the air? A song on the radio? Who else, if anyone, was there? What other things today remind you of those 24 some odd hours? And how soon did you realize that it may very well have been the best day of your life? Could you, conceivably, experience an even greater day in the future? What would it take?
Friendships — 11 October 2004
Share some of your opinions on the concept of friendship.
What kind of people do you surround yourself with as your friends? Do you find yourself more comfortable with people your own age, or does that matter? Do you like to surround yourself with lots of people, or do you like to have a smaller, more tight-knit group around?
How easy or difficult is it for you to meet new people and make new friends? Is it easier or harder to make friends using the Internet, and what kind of positive effect has meeting friends online had on your life? What are the greatest kindnesses a friend has shown to you?
—From Out There! Collaborations, December 2000
If you were to dedicate your life to a single cause, what would it be? Which crusade could you feel passionate enough about to want your voice heard, your actions recognized?
—From The "If..." Project, January 2001
What is your favorite picture of yourself?
When was your childhood over? Do you agree with the concept of adolescence, or did you go from being a child to being an adult?
—From About.Com Journals
Imagine that you had the power to imprint in the minds of every child born today one phrase, one piece of permanent wisdom. What would you tell them?
A personal motto? A snippet of philosophy? A message of hope? A lesson you had to learn the hard way? Would it be a rule or a suggestion? A statement or a question? If you could only have your words surface on each birthday, would they be different? What would you say?
Expand on your message. Where did it come from? Why is it so important that the next generation should hear it?

Your entire world can change in a minute. Your life can be transformed in an instant. Recall a pivotal moment in your past that played a vital part in making you who you are today. Was it an epiphany? Finding the answer to a tough question? A chance meeting? An accident? Write about your life in the minutes leading up to that instant, and how it was different afterward. Did you see it coming? Could you have known? How would things have turned out had it never happened?
If a terrible storm was rumbling toward your home, and you had five minutes to find and save a single object before being forced to evacuate, what would you take? Let's presume your family and pets will all escape safely, and that you won't lose all your money, or other basic items of financial worth. What object, one that you can hold in your hand, could you not bear to lose? What item in your posession is priceless? Describe the object, physically of course, but also its history. Its sentimental value? Where did it come from? Why did you save it? What would you tell someone who asked about it?

Naughty Or Nice:
What Should Santa Bring You? (part 1)
1. Cotton Panties /or/ Lacy Thongs?
Cotton Panties, I hate thongs and don't like lace!
2. Hot Chocolate /or/ Chocolate Body Paint?
Chocolate Body Paint, is there anything better? I never cared for Hot Chocolate anyway.
3. Roses /or/ Pointsetta's?
Roses, they're my favorite flower aside from tulips and lilies! Roses are beautiful and very femine, sexy and classic!
4. Diamonds /or/ Pearls?
Diamonds of course, they're a girl's best friends, but I like pearls too, so either one!
5. A Gift Card To: Walmart /or/ Victoria's Secret?
Wal-Mart, in fact, that's what I told everyone to get me-that way I can get exactly what I want: CD's, clothes, nick-nacks, whatever. Not that I need anything, but the money goes further at WM anyway!!!
More to follow.....
Many Blessings,
SL
