HAPPY 22nd BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!

Happy 22nd Birthday to me, Sarah Liz, and what a wonderful, amazing and TERRIFIC birthday is has been!!! Sincerely, this birthday has been the BEST birthday since my Sweet 16th, six years back in 1999! My mama went OUT of her way (as usual) to make this day extra special for me-and she absolutely succedded. Man, what a day! This was SO great! Today was one of the best days of my life! If this coming year is going to be anything like today's birthday, than I'm in for a real treat of being 22! I DO feel older, but in a good way-like more grown up! It's wonderful! Mama and I went shoppin' today, went to see a little baby friend of ours and then went and had a LOBSTER DINNER at the Carmel Room at The Rampart where mom works-oh, oh-DELICIOUS! I had the tomato/basil/mozerella salad for an appetizer-and oh my gosh-WOW! Foodgasm! Then of course, LOBSTER-yes, I'm still a vegetarian-for the most part anyhow, but come on, it was my BIRTHDAY-I HAD TO HAVE LOBSTER-HELLO! Oh my gosh, I know to my mom it's like better than sex-to me, it's about right there-thought not quite....but it was heavenly! Whew-what a MEAL! Then a little minature chocolate cake with the words "Happy Birthday" on the plate-so cool! The entire meal, and the company of my mom, was absolutely superb! We figured out what we're going to do for my 25th or 30th-I'll write about that at another time but it'll be HUGE! Anyhow, it feels GREAT to be 22, and this day was just awesome! Hugh called, Matt called, my grandmothers called, Donnie called and of course, my mama-the day with her was gift enough! She really is so cool and so fun and I'm so blessed to have her! The best thing I ever did was pick her to be my mother, and my friend! Man, I'm lucky! Thank you God-for 22 incredible years-and here's to many, many more! I hope You always know how grateful I am for You and ALL of the many people/blessings you so lovingly bestow upon me each and everyday-I hope to glorify you in all that I do! Amen! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!

P.S. I'm 22 to the day today, I was born on a Friday 22 years ago today in 1983-life is grand, God is grand and so is my family! HAPPY BIRTHDAY SARAH-you made it! 22 years to do the day-WOW! YAY! :)
