Wonderful Wedding!

I had the greatest time as Christopher and Jolene's wedding yesterday. I'm a bit envious that they're in Hawaii at this very moment and I'm not, but hey, I'll get my honeymoon eventually too, and mine will be in Italy!!! :) Anyway, I had a really good time at the wedding with Colin, his mom, grandma, brother and the rest of the family. It was a lovely time but very tiring. His family left town today, and this morning, we had some time alone, so that was nice. But, other than that, not much else is going on. I'm just recovering from the weekend and trying to get the motivation to pick up my room. LOL! I emptied the bag I took toColin's place when I got home, but didn't put anything away so its contents are now spread all across my bedroom floor! Oh well, it'll get picked up before bed tonight! My mom is on her way home from work and we're going to go to dinner at the local pub down the street, it's not the greatest food but I don't have to cook it or pay for it, so I'll take it. Besides, the company will be fabulous! I had a really nice weekend and am looking foward to tomorrow--perhaps I'll go swimming! Oh, one another thing I wanted to mention--this three day weekend is great but the real reason we have it because of Memorial Day and it's so important not to forget it. The men and women who have sacraficed their time, energy, families and even lives, are so deserving of our respect. Those who have fought diligently to protect our freedom and the liberties we still enjoy (and often take for granted) here in the United States, those put on their brave faces and suit up every day to ensure our continued safety and welfare, my hats off to them. Let us not forget why we have this three day weekend, in memoriam of all those who are no longer with us. Let's always remember to honor them and thank them--for they are the true heroes of this country! God Bless each and everyone of them, their loved ones, and all of us! God Bless America! Thank you Lord for the gracious gift of putting me in a country with such freedom and opportunity!!! Please keep my blessings coming!

In Light N' Love,
-Sarah Liz :)
