Happy Birthday Jordan! Happy 23 Months Sarah & Colin!

Happy Birthday, Jordan! My dear sister! She's officially a teenager! Yikes! :) I can't believe it, I remember the day she was born quite well; I wasn't there with her, my step-mom or my dad...I was actually singing on a stage in Reno during a show! It was fun! I was thrilled! Mostly I was thrilled to gain a new sister, I already had one at that point, Kelsey, she was younger at the time and I think we both were really excited when Jordan arrived! :) I already loved Kelsey so much I needed another sister to expand that love....and then, our youngest sister did it too...around two years later, Joely!!! Happy Birthday my sister, Jordan, here's to many, many, many more, I LOVE YOU! Colin and I have been together 23 months today, and although he worked and I ran around town running errands and doing housework--a little bit, we did manage to cuddle up together on the couch this evening! :) It was fun! I so enjoy his company, and he enjoys mine! That's a good thing! No, but seriously, we don't have to do much to have fun together, it's great! There are times I want to be alone and have my time for me, but overall, I just adore that man of mine! :) I no longer have a job....the company I worked for last week had some serious budget cuts and is moving their coorperate office to another city. Sad, sad, sad. I really liked working there and loved the people, my boss was just terrific, awesome actually....I hope she's alright. She was so cool and so were all the others; great office, welcoming co-workers, great opportunity; but it just wasn't in my cards. And in a way, I know it's for the best. I'll be out looking for another job next week, for sure, but this week, I'm focusing on school work, housework and my best girlfriends, Tessa & Claudia, coming into town this weekend! Oh I cannot wait! I am so beyond excited! I've not seen them in SO long and it'll be so great to have them both HERE!!! Physically, in person! Yay! Anyway, I need to get to bed, I have math in the morning, but I wanted to give you a quick update and wish Jordan a very Happy Birthday, me and Colin a very Happy 23 month Anniversary (2 years next month!!! TWO YEARS!) and most of all....apologize to Melanie (sorry) fo not sending her paper back to her sooner, and send my heartfelt thoughts, prayers and condolences to my friend, Debbie, whose father just passed away. I'm so sorry Debbie, you and your family remain in my prayers and I pray your father is resting in peace! If you need to vent, I'm here. Thank you Lord for my family, my friends, my home, school and the freedom to think for myself! Please protect my loved ones and keep my blessings coming!

P.S. Honestly, I want to rant/vent about a lot of things right now; the economy, politics, rude people in Vegas...etc, but I'm not going to travel down that negativity road. No stinkin' thinkin' for me tonight! Life is still good and beautiful and blessed, and it's worth celebrating and focusing on the positive! :) Nighty-night! God Bless us everyone!
